MIND[SET] is a training tracker for HYROX athletes. It is built to work offline: your training data lives on your device, not on a server we operate. This policy explains the limited information the app does handle, and who else it reaches.
The app records your workouts, sessions, exercises, race results and station splits, together with the profile you enter during onboarding — race division, gender and preferred weight unit. All of it is written to a database in the app's private storage on your phone.
We never receive this data. MIND[SET] has no account system and no backend server. Uninstalling the app deletes it.
The app uses Google Firebase Crashlytics so that crashes can be found and fixed. When the app crashes, Crashlytics sends a report containing:
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| Stack trace of the crash | Identify the faulty code |
| Device model, operating system version, app version | Reproduce the conditions |
| A randomly generated installation identifier | Group repeated crashes from one install |
| Device state at the time (memory, storage, orientation) | Diagnose the cause |
This is diagnostic data. It is not linked to your name or to any account, it is not used for advertising, and it is never sold. It is processed by Google on our behalf under the Firebase Privacy and Security policy. Crash reports are retained by Firebase for a limited period and then deleted automatically.
If Android Backup is enabled on your device, Android copies your MIND[SET] training database and preferences to your Google Drive account, so a new phone can restore them. This is a feature of Android, not of us: the backup sits in your Google account, and the developer has no access to it and cannot read it.
You can turn this off in Android Settings → Google → Backup, and you can delete existing backups from your Google account.
Exercise illustrations and muscle diagrams are fetched on demand from
wger.de and from raw.githubusercontent.com. As with any
request to a website, those services necessarily see your device's IP address and may log it under
their own policies. The app sends them no identifier, no account and no training data — only a
request for an image.

MIND[SET] is intended for adult athletes and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If the app starts handling data differently — for example when account sign-in or server sync is added — this page will be updated and the date at the top changed before that version ships.
